Opulence Chocolate
Branding and Packaging Design for a Premium Chocolate Company
Opulence, a premium chocolate company, approached us with the goal of rebranding and redesigning their packaging to better reflect their brand values and appeal to a high-end target audience. They wanted a packaging design that would convey the luxurious, indulgent nature of their chocolates, while also emphasizing the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each product.
To start the project, we conducted in-depth research on the premium chocolate market, as well as our client's competitors and target audience. We also met with our client to discuss their brand values, story, and product offerings, and to gather any other relevant information that could inform the design process.
Based on our research and discussions, we developed a new brand identity for our client that was elegant, sophisticated, and timeless. The new branding included a custom logo, a color palette of rich, deep hues, and elegant typography. We also developed a brand messaging strategy that emphasized the quality and care that goes into each product, as well as the unique flavor combinations and ingredients that set our client's chocolates apart.
Next, we turned our attention to the packaging design. We created several initial concepts that explored different shapes, materials, and design elements, and presented these to our client for feedback. Based on their feedback, we refined the design direction and created several more refined concepts for further feedback.
After several rounds of iteration, we arrived at a final packaging design that our client was thrilled with. The design featured elegant, minimalist graphics, a rich color palette, and a textured paper stock that conveyed the premium quality of the chocolates inside. We also incorporated subtle design elements, such as gold foil accents and embossed logos, to further elevate the design.
Since launching their new branding and packaging, our client has seen a significant increase in brand recognition and customer loyalty. They have also expanded their distribution to several new markets, and have received numerous compliments on their new branding and packaging from both customers and industry professionals.
